Had my alarm and camera surveillance system now for several years. Eric is very responsive when I have questions and is fast to help. A recent equipment problem got fixed promptly. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Did contacted so many companies and got quote. Dempsey was best out of them. Eric has good knowledge of the system and will keep up to the appointments. Once appointment is confirmed Eric showed up and completed activation within 2 hours. Had a issue with panel due to power outage, this was replaced by Eric with in 20 min and I am good to go.
It is very difficult to find service providers who are truly exceptional at their specialty and offer outstanding customer service. Eric Dempsey and Dempsey Alarms are standout vendors.
I contracted Eric to make some upgrades, configure, and start the monitoring on the alarm system in my new-build home. He supported correcting some mistakes made by the original installer (see my other review), provided useful guidance, and made sure that the system was working 100%.

Very friendly and honest. Explained the various options clearly. Instillation was on time and very professional. The alarm system worked flawlessly and all questions were answered in a timely and courteous manner. Prices were very fair and below several other bids I received for similar systems from other alarm companies. All alarm systems offered were high quality, not the marginal low security systems offered by several other companies who seem more interested in alarm system monitoring then the quality of the security equipment they install.
After being a long time ADT customer, I found Dempsey Alarms on Yelp and decided we needed a change with our new house. I spoke to Eric directly and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to talk to the owner and get all my questions answered before the install. Eric sent our proposal right over. It was a rocky start with Eric accidentally noting my appointment wrong so after I called to follow up on the appointment after half an hour past the appointment time, he quickly made amends by making sure he was at my house within two hours of the original appointment and he even felt so horrible that he gave me a discount on my install after completing another job. He was genuinely sorry and I could recognize it so I didn't give him a hard time but it was great to see that he wanted to make good on his company name and made things better. Hurrah for great customer service. The comfort and convenience of our new alarm system is A+ and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Thank you to Eric Dempsey for making sure customer satisfaction is priority number one.
Eric Dempsey and his crew are great. I called them at 9am today and they were installing the same day at noon. Matthew was the installer and he was courteous and professional. I give two thumbs up to Dempsey and his team.
