Hands down this company delivered. Demsey Alarms has such awesome customer service, I did not think this type of service existed anymore. They installed cameras at our business about 10 months ago. The cameras were of top quality and Eric, his tech guy and the installers rocked. So now we had them install cameras at our home and once more they gave us top quality products and awesome service at a reasonable price. They helped us decide what would work for us and how we could achieve our ultimate goal without spending too much
Eric at Dempsey Alarms is a consummate professional. He is over the top responsive and very customer service oriented. He is always willing to help if you have questions. What I think I respect most is that he offers all options and doesn't try to oversell or push products you don't need. He is extremely fair. I've had their service for about a year now. The product is quality and the monitoring has been 100% reliable. Do yourself a favor and skip the "big name" alarm companies and head straight to Eric at Dempsey Alarms. Wow! that was a quick response. I guess I should have given Eric more time to respond to my email before I yelped this review. As Eric commented below to my review I received an email from him to reimburse the money I paid to the home warranty guy. It also looks like I missed the point that $35 fee is for visits related to non-warranty service calls.
I purchased an "ARLO" wireless system from Best Buy. This thing is a nightmare for anyone not familiar with it. It has many many issues, but after Eric came out and assisted me, i am getting a lot more results from my cameras. While Arlo (by Netgear) tells you it can function up to 300 ft. from the base unit, it is not reliable if there are any walls interfering. Three Best Buy sales persons never mentioned that, nor that it requires a router (all I had was a cable modem). I would NEVER buy an ARLO wireless security system again. They only give you 15 days to return it to Best Buy. NOT FAIR !!!!
I would not normally spend so much money on a security system but peace of mind is priceless. These guys are not cheap, but then again I did not want cheap equipment. Eric bid the job and Matt and Doug installed the system and showed me how to use it. They are a very busy company but were able to squeeze me in. The install took the better part of a day but I can now view my house from my android phone from anywhere in the world. Thanks Dempsey alarms. I would do business with this company again.
Eric and his crew are such a great group of guys. I can not believe the level of service I got with them. The moment I called I could tell how kind and honest Eric was and I knew I wanted to do business with him. When he came out he was so nice and courteous of installing my cameras without making it look obvious we had cameras. He really took great care of us, took his time with the installation and then made sure I knew how to work everything. We love the system he installed it works perfectly from our phones. It's so cool to access everything from anywhere in the world. Eric has come back a few times and always returned my calls promptly when I had any questions or needed extra help. And he is so nice and patient.
Dustin with Dempsey came out to install a security system in my home but due to some of the structural features in my house they were unable to complete the work. In the meantime, we've planned some alternative methods (involving me calling an electrician) before they can come back out. During this whole process, however, Dustin was very kind and gracious and willing to stay past his allotted time to make sure we were taken care of. Even though I couldn't get my alarm system installed I still would give this company 5 stars for the attention they took to work out a possible solution. I will continue working with them once we get our wiring situated. Thank you!!
Wow. That pretty much sums it up. 100% professional all the way from start to finish. Eric personally answered all my questions when I first called and made a huge effort to accommodate my limited time to get the install in. Install was perfect and it's really great equipment. I had a few questions after install and Eric made a trip to our home to personally go over my concerns. Absolutely couldn't be happier and actually very proud to have the Dempsey alarm sign in front of our home. Thank you Dempsey Alarm!
I have used three different monitoring companies for my alarm system over the last several years. Out of the three, Dempsey is by far the best. From customer services to the quality of the monitoring center they are top notch. It is rare now to get an actual human on the phone when you are having a problem, but Dempsey always answers or calls back right away.

He immediately explained their cost and suggested that since it was a rental that I should rethink how to take action.
